I was trying to check out and my payment failed twice, which was super frustrating. Then my cart completely emptied, so I had to start all over again.

The refund took a bit longer than I expected and I was starting to get mildly dramatic about it, like “is this ever going to happen?!” But they did reply, kept things moving, and eventually got it sorted. Not perfect timing, but it all worked out in the end

The jewellery itself was okay, but the box turned up all squashed and looked really cheap. It was meant to be a gift, and of course it arrived right when I needed it, so there wasn’t much time to sort out a nicer box. Disappointing overall

I ordered the ring thinking I had the right size, but it showed up and didn’t fit me at all. I felt a little embarrassed trying to get it on and realizing it was way off. Disappointed with the sizing.

Delivery was smooth too, no problems there. I’d definitely buy again, either for a gift or just a little treat for myself.

I had a small issue with my order because one of the earrings turned up with a loose clasp. I was a bit annoyed at first, then immediately went into that “here we go, this is going to take forever” mood.
I messaged Limitless Jewellery and, to my surprise, they replied quickly. They just asked for a photo and then sent a replacement out without making it awkward or dragging it out, which was such a relief.

The new one arrived a few days later and it’s perfect. So yeah, I went from frustrated to impressed fast. Mistakes happen, but they handled it really well and I’d happily order again.

I don’t know, something about this brand just doesn’t really sit right with me. Maybe it’s the way it’s presented, or maybe I’m just overthinking it, but I don’t feel like I can fully trust it yet.

I ordered from Limitless Jewellery and the tracking was useless. It sat on the same update for days, so I had no clue where my parcel was or when it was actually going to show up. I’d planned around it arriving for a specific day, and that got completely thrown off because I was just left guessing. The item did turn up in the end, but the whole waiting around and not knowing was really frustrating. Not a great experience.

I had a look through limitlessjewellery.com and, to be fair, the jewellery designs are nice. Some of the pieces definitely have a modern look, and I can see why people would like them.
I did like a few of the simpler styles, but some items felt a bit too shiny for me. I’m not saying they look bad or anything, it’s just not really the kind of jewellery I usually go for.
I’d give it 3 stars because the overall style is decent, but I wasn’t exactly blown away. If you like bolder jewellery, you might enjoy it more, but if you’re into very minimal pieces like me, it may not fully hit the mark.

I picked up a bracelet for a friend’s birthday, i thought it looked close to the pictures online. The packaging was nice enough that I didn’t feel like I had to rewrap it, which was a plus. Shipping took a bit longer than I would’ve liked, but it wasn’t a huge issue. My friend seemed really happy with it, so in my opinion it ended up being a good gift choice.

I’ve been buying from them for quite a while, but apparently loyalty is more of a fun concept than an actual thing here. No real perks, no thanks, just the same prices and replies that take their sweet time. The products are fine, sure, but I can’t say I feel especially valued as a customer.

I ordered a necklace with initials and a birthstone, my snap judgment when I opened it was, yep, they nailed it. It looked exactly how I wanted, and choosing the options was super easy. Really happy with how it turned out.
